Financing
A disbursement fee of 5%–18%, based on your own logged operating data (cash position, order activity, payment reconciliation, stock turn) - better data, lower fee. Charged only when a loan is actually disbursed, never on a declined or unaccepted offer.
Payments
Harvest OS retains a 1% platform allocation on digital payment volume (card, transfer, USSD) - already reflected in standard processing, not an extra line item you or your customer sees. Cash sales carry no fee at all.
Provenance verification
₦1 per paid, certificate-grade verification - the buyer scanning your batch's QR code pays this, not you. Basic tamper-evidence verification stays free for anyone, always.
Insurance & marketplace
Free to use today - Harvest OS doesn't take a fee on either yet. If that changes, it will be announced here first, not applied retroactively or silently.

Yes. Every module listed above stays free with no time limit and no credit card. Harvest OS makes money from financing fees and paid provenance verification, not from a software subscription for using the app.
What if I never use financing or paid verification?
Nothing. You can run Harvest OS entirely free, indefinitely.
Do partners charge their members?
No. A cooperative, off-taker, or other partner deploys Harvest OS to its members for free, under its own brand, and earns a share of the financing fees its members generate - it doesn't charge members a fee of its own.
